	ADS is not a traditional staffing agency as we supply high quality staffing solutions to our event marketing partners. Our staff are employed in the AUTOMOTIVE event marketing and promotions business giving them the pulse of what is going on with new product, competitive product, new technology, the drivability of vehicles and mechanics.



	We work with our customers to develop a procedure that will entice interested customers to eventually purchase. This includes developing customer ‘Hot Buttons’ and the encouragement for the customer to touch and feel the product. In many cases our staff have driven the vehicle and can speak to the positive aspects of handling, feel and ride characteristics.



	Many of our staff members come to us with a passion for automotive and a taste for event marketing. We train our staff with the fundamental values of our company and it shows in the enthusiasm and outstanding customer service skills they possess. Staff members showing Teamwork and Leadership skills are regularly recognized and rewarded for their efforts. We work on a principle of guidelines as opposed to rules making for a mutual respect between team members also allowing for individuality and diversity.
